Three-quarters of the attractions are indoors, so rainy weather has little affect on the attractions. A rainy day is a great opportunity to explore the Park from a different angle and discover some attractions you've never tried before!
Great for families with small children! Ariel's Playground at Tokyo DisneySea
Climb on and around fishing nets, explore a hidden treasure-filled cave, and more. This is Ariel's favorite hideaway, a playground full of fun and activities that's perfect for kids who want to explore Ariel's incredible world.
In the playground is Starfish Playpen, a soft-padded area especially for children age 6 and younger to play in.
Guests can explore 9 colorful settings anytime in this indoor walkthrough-type attraction. Admission is free.
A fantastical mini parade presented only on rainy nights. Nightfall Glow at Tokyo Disneyland
When the regular nighttime parade cannot be presented due to inclement weather, you can enjoy "Nightfall Glow," a parade presented only on rainy nights.
The Disney Friends want to have a lovely time, especially when it rains! They appear in this shimmering interlude of lights aboard floats that glow in a rainbow of colors to light up the Park on a rainy night.
- This mini parade starts in Toontown, proceeds around the Plaza, then moves through Westernland and Fantasyland.
- The performance may be canceled due to strong winds or other weather conditions. Please contact a Cast Member on your day of visit for the latest information.

Two types of carnival games can be enjoyed at the shops Jungle Carnival in Adventureland at Tokyo Disneyland, and Abu's Bazaar in Arabian Coast at Tokyo DisneySea.
All participants can receive a special pin, while successful participants can take home a special merchandise item.
There is also an exclusive pin offered only on rainy days.
Stay dry while you have fun with Disney Character rainwear!
At selected shops in Tokyo Disney Resort, Guests can purchase rainwear featuring original designs themed to Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse. Umbrellas and rain boots for children are also available in colorful designs to help make a gray day bright!

The Parks take on a different ambience when it rains. They become quieter, calmer. The raindrops add sparkle as they reflect the lights. And after dark on a rainy day, the illuminations in the Parks reflect off the ground enhancing the twinkle and sparkle of scenery.
The Parks offer great photo opportunities on rainy days. Try taking a photo of a scene reflected in the wet pavement or the twinkling of the lights decorating the Park.
