Regarding operations at the Disney Hotels

At Tokyo Disney Resort, we will continue to give top priority to the health and safety of our guests and Cast Members in our operations.
Hotel guest benefits
The following hotel guest benefits is now available
- Purchase Park tickets*1
- Enter the Parks 15 minutes before other Guests with Happy Entry.*2
- Original room amenities with Disney Character designs
- Purchase original products only offered to Guests staying at the hotel
*2. For more information, check here. Please note that dates when Happy Entry is not available are decided approximately three months in advance and may not be confirmed at time of booking. Please check the website for the latest information.
Changes to operations
Room stays
- To guests staying at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, complimentary pass for the Disney Resort Line will end on March 31, 2023.
- As of February 28, 2023, paper bags will no longer be available in Guest Rooms. Paper bags are available on request. Please see a Cast Member for details. Thank you for helping to reduce paper waste at Tokyo Disney Resort.
- From March 1, 2023, shopping bags (two bags per room per night of stay) will be provided for Guests staying at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Disney Ambassador Hotel, or Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta. Click here for more details
Restaurants
- Some menus and services have been temporarily modified until further notice.
- Guests wishing to dine at the hotel should book in advance.
- Entry restrictions may be put in place.
- Service hours are subject to change.
Weddings and Banquets
- Services have been temporarily modified until further notice.
- Ending March 31, 2024, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel will no longer be available for “Disney's Royal Dream Wedding”, banquets or parties.
After these programs have ended, some of the banquet rooms will be converted into a “Bridal Fashion” dressing room for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings.
- Please note that wedding, banquet and party programs will continue to be available at Disney Ambassador Hotel and Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta.
