Important Points on Reservations
- You must be a registered user to make a reservation on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website. Please register as a user before making your reservation.
- A deposit of 30,000 yen will be required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your room charge and you will be asked to pay for the remaining amount when you check in at the hotel. The deposit will be considered as part of your hotel charge or cancellation fee.
About the Pajama Party
- Please join the party after checking in to the hotel, either online or at the Front Desk on the first floor.
- When the Pajama Party ends, please exit the area by following the guidance of the Cast Members.
- We cannot accommodate food allergy requests with the dessert plate.
- You can participate in this program wearing your personal pajamas and slippers that you’ve brought with you to the hotel. However, please refrain from attending dressed in the pajamas and slippers provided in the guest rooms.
- During the “Disney Halloween” event period until November 7, 2024, guests may take part dressed in full costume of a Disney Character.
When wearing costume, please refrain from the following:- Actions that would be considered unpleasant or cause concern to other guests.
- Actions that would impede the other guests.
- Costumes that may be offensive to public order and morals.
- Changing attire in the toilets.
- Wearing wedding dresses, tuxedos, or other attire that evoke weddings.
- Wearing costumes that have a diameter of 80 cm or more, or that have hems that trail along the floor.
About Disney Character Greetings
- Photos are limited to one shot per room and are to be taken with your own camera (includes phone camera).
- Cast Members cannot assist guests with video recordings.
- Photo shoots by professional photographers will not available.
- Please follow the instructions of the Cast Members for the timing and method of taking photos, as well as on the contents of the Character Greeting.
- Please come to the photo area after everyone in your registered party has arrived.
- You may not be able to take part if you arrive at the location after your designated time.
- Please refrain from bringing in supplementary photo equipment such as unipods, tripods, and hard cases.
- We do not offer the type of Character Greetings where the Characters walk around the hotel facilities.
- The details of the Character Greeting may change.
- The Character Greeting is only available to guests staying in the Minnie Mouse Room (“Pajama Party” Plan). If the Disney Character Greeting experience has been found to be resold by illegitimate means for commercial gain, we reserve the right to invalidate the experience in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract. Please be aware that in such cases, there will be no entitlement to a refund.
- The Disney Character Greeting may be cancelled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, or by hotel operations conditions. Please note that except where there is a fault attributable to the hotel, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations of the Disney Character Greeting.

The “Chip 'n Dale Room’s Playground” plan includes a stay in the Chip 'n Dale room or the Superior Room, in addition to original items and a greeting at the Chip 'n Dale’s Playground.

Disney Ambassador Hotel offers guest rooms themed to the Disney Characters. Guests can enjoy a special stay feeling close to their favorite Characters, even after leaving the Parks.

Restaurant where you can meet the Disney Characters
Chef Mickey, a casual Disney Character Dining restaurant, is decorated throughout with motifs of Mickey Mouse for a fun Disney atmosphere. The Disney Characters will come greet you at your table. Guests can enjoy Japanese and Western dishes from the buffet in this cheerful restaurant.

Guests will be welcomed by a golden statue of Mickey Mouse dressed as a movie director and Pluto, standing in the center of the lobby beyond the main entrance.
The vaulted ceiling of the lobby features a mural depicting the Disney friends operating an airplane from the 1930s, which is the historic theme of the Disney Ambassador Hotel. The Disney Characters are found in many other areas throughout the hotel for a memorable stay that can only be enjoyed here.
