Items purchased in the Park can be shipped to your home for a fee.

Items purchased at the Parks (with some exceptions) may be shipped for a fee. Items such as chocolates can also be delivered via refrigerated shipping.
Note: Shipping to overseas destinations is not available.

Delivery Service Guidelines

Non-deliverable items:
  • Fragile items (glassware, etc.)
  • Items that are difficult to replace or reissue (photos, film, digital media, etc.)
  • Valuables (cash, cash vouchers, telephone cards, Park tickets, jewelry, etc.)
  • Perishable sweets (manju, dorayaki, cakes, etc.)
  • Food or beverages sold for immediate consumption (popcorn, etc.)
  • Items with personal information (driver’s licenses, cell phones, computers, etc.)
  • Letters, invoices, etc.
  • Certain items not listed above may also not be shipped.
Refrigerated shipping:
  • There is an additional fee for refrigerated shipping.
  • To send items separately by regular and refrigerated shipping, please fill out separate shipping forms.
  • Please use this service during the summer period (June through September) when sending chocolates.
  • There are certain locations within Japan, including remote islands, which are outside service delivery zones.
Note: Parcel delivery is consigned to the Japan Post Co., Ltd.
