1.Conditions for Reservations and Applying for the Tour

Guests can apply for the tour after completing the booking for any of the following hotel guest rooms.

Reservations for the tour can be made up to 10 days before the date of the tour.

If the tenth day before the tour date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then requests regarding the tour will be accepted on the preceding weekday.

The Private VIP Tour is available in a limited capacity for each day. A completion of a reservation for an eligible guest room does not guarantee your eligibility to book the tour.
Your tour will be officially booked after completing the payment.
Please have your credit card ready, as we will process the payment over the telephone.
If you have made a pre-booking, then please complete your payment of the tour fee by the due date specified by Oriental Land Co., Ltd. Your pre-booking will be canceled if your payment is not completed by the specified due date.
To book the tour, you must stay at one of the hotel guest rooms listed above.
Even if you did not use the guest room after the tour, your participation in the tour will be considered as having started the accommodation service; thus, you will be charged for the full room rate regardless of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.

2. Important Information Regarding Participation in the Tour

  • Please note that it will be mandatory for the guest staying in the applicable guest room to participate in this tour.
    If the guest staying in the applicable room does not participate in the tour, then the tour will be canceled.
    To book the tour, you must stay at one of the hotel guest rooms listed above.
    Even if you did not use the guest room after the tour, your participation in the tour will be considered as having started the accommodation service; thus, you will be charged for the full room rate regardless of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.
    With the participation of the guest staying in the applicable guest room, applications can be made for multiple groups to participate in the tour to start on the same date and time. The capacity for each group will be ten persons.
    Infants, interpreters, babysitters, secretaires, security, and other accompanying members will be counted as a participant.
  • Changes to the number of persons participating in the tour cannot be made on the day of the tour.
  • If any of the following situations apply to the person (representative) who booked the tour or the tour participant(s), we may refuse the tour application or implementation or cancel the tour.
    In such cases, Oriental Land Co., Ltd. shall not be obligated to compensate for any damage to the tour reservation representative or participants due to the cancellation of the tour, and shall not refund the tour fee to the representative who booked the tour.
    • ・ Transferring the right to apply for the tour or the right to participate in the tour to another person or reselling such rights.
    • ・ Directly or indirectly soliciting an unspecified number of persons to participate in the tour.
    • ・ Violating tour rules and regulations, including notices, terms, and conditions.
    • ・ Disturbing other guests during the tour, or not cooperating with the tour guide when requested.
    • ・ Violating park rules.
  • Please refrain from posting materials, images, etc. from the tour on social networking sites for commercial purposes.
  • Park admission is not included in the tour price. park tickets must be purchased separately (for each park you wish to visit).
  • The tour price does not include meals or merchandise.
  • You will not be able to specify where to view entertainment programs, as available seating and viewing areas for shows and parades are subject to change depending on park operating conditions, etc. Additionally, the time required for viewing performances is included in the tour time.
  • Attractions and Disney Character Greetings may be suspended without notice. Performances are subject to change or cancellations, and performance start times are subject to change without notice. In such cases, requests for exchanges or refunds of the tour fee will not be accepted.
  • The experience requested may not be available due to temporary closure for system maintenance, etc. Please contact us for details regarding such closures.
  • Information posted on the Tokyo Disney Resort VIP Tour Services page is subject to change without notice.
  • The tour may be canceled due to weather and other conditions.
  • You will not be able to specify the tour guide for your tour.

3. Regarding the Tour Language and Interpreter

  • The tour guide will conduct the tour in Japanese.
    If the tour participants are unable to communicate in Japanese, then the participants must arrange their own interpreter to accompany them, or an interpreter may be requested for a fee.
    Please consult us at the time of applying for the tour.
    The interpreter arranged by the participant who will accompany the tour will be counted as a participant.
  • ・ Please note that we may be required to cancel the tour if we determine that it would be difficult to proceed due to the interpreter’s absence or their inability to provide the necessary interpretation for the participants.
    In such cases, we will not be responsible for any compensation to the representative who booked the tour or participants related to the cancelation of the tour, etc. Additionally, no refund for the canceled tour fees or any other expenses will be provided to the representative who booked the tour.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel this tour due to personal reasons, please contact us by telephone or email.
In such cases, the cancellation fee will be determined based on the date and time of the phone call or the receipt of the email notifying us about the cancellation, according to the following cancellation policy.

30% of tour fee: When contacted from 5:00 p.m. five days before to 4:59 p.m. two days before the tour date.

40% of tour fee: When contacted from 5:00 p.m. two days before to 4:59 p.m. the day before the tour date.

100% of tour fee: When contacted from 5:00 p.m. the day before to the day of the tour, or for a no-show.

If you cancel your reservation for the applicable guest room, you will no longer be eligible to participate in this tour. In such cases, please contact us by telephone or email to notify us of the cancellation. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the date and time of the phone call or the receipt of the email notifying us about the cancellation, according to the aforementioned cancellation policy.

5. Purpose of Personal Information Usage

  • The personal information received by Oriental Land Co., Ltd. in connection with the operation of Tokyo Disney Resort will be utilized in certain Tokyo Disney Resort-related businesses to

  • improve merchandise and other services, and develop new merchandise
  • send information to our guests
  • Based on our judgment, some or all of the personal information in question may be given to third parties, such as OLC’s subsidiary companies or to Disney Enterprises, Inc. (a U.S. corporation) and its related companies.
    The types of personal information which this company may give to third parties and the methods of transmission are listed below.

Types of personal information which can be given:

  • Name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, etc., that have been entered by the tour participant.
  • Records about which of our services have been utilized or products that have been purchased.

Methods of transmission of personal information:

  • File server
  • Electric and paper-based media
    With regard to the personal information in our possession, this company will disclose, correct, add, or delete the content of the personal information, suspend or delete the use of the personal information, or suspend the provision of the personal information to a third party upon the request of the tour participant.

The Japanese language version of this agreement shall be deemed the original. Any versions created in other languages shall be for reference purposes only, and in the event of a conflict between the Japanese and other language texts, the Japanese version and its interpretation shall prevail.
