STEP1
Reserve an eligible guest room, book a VIP tour, and complete payment of the tour fee
Private VIP tours can be booked as a special guest benefit for those staying in the following guest rooms.

The Private VIP Tour is available in a limited capacity, so please make your booking as soon as your room reservation is completed.
Please contact us via telephone or email to confirm the availability of the tour on your preferred date.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date and time depending on the circumstances.
When payment has been confirmed, your tour will be officially booked.
Please have your credit card ready, as we will process the payment over the telephone.
STEP2
Submit advance inquiries and
requests for the tour
Please contact Tokyo Disney Resort VIP Tour Services.
A coordinator will help you in advance to plan a tour based on your specific needs and wishes.
Requests can be made up to 4:59 p.m., 10 days before the tour date.
If the tenth day before your tour date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then requests regarding your tour will be accepted up to 4:59 p.m. of the preceding weekday. Please note that it may take some time to respond to your email. Thank you for your understanding.
Requests about the tour regarding the categories listed below can be sent in advance
- 1. Date and time of tour, number of guests, park
Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding. - 2. Requests for a meeting location with the tour guide
- 3. Requests for restaurants, shows, or parades
- 4. Vehicle parking (Vehicle type/brand, color, license plate, date and time of use)
- 5. Strollers and wheelchairs

STEP3
On the day of the tour
A tour guide will accompany you on a visit customized to your needs.
Attractions and Disney Character Greeting venues can be changed on the day.
Please ask your tour guide on the day of your visit.
The tour guide will meet you at a prearranged location.
We will confirm your preferences prior to the tour, so please enjoy the park while consulting with the tour guide.
During the tour, please feel free to inform the tour guide of any requests you may have, such as taking breaks or shopping.
Your tour guide will make suggestions and provide support based on your preferences and requests.
Depending on the park conditions, contents of the tour are subject to change on the day of the tour.
