Tour Capacity

Guests staying in the applicable guest rooms must participate in the tour.
If a guest staying in the applicable guest room does not participate in the tour, then the tour will be
canceled.
Changes to the number of persons participating in the tour cannot be made on the day of the tour.
Regarding the tour language
and interpreter
The tour guide will conduct the tour in Japanese.
For guests who wish to take a tour in a language other than Japanese, you can either arrange your own
interpreter to accompany you, or we can provide you with a translation device (free of charge). If you
arrange your own interpreter, then that person will be counted in the number of guests participating in
the tour.
For guests who wish to take a tour in English, we can arrange an
interpreter for you for an additional cost of 110,000 yen (tax included).
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the volume of requests for
a tour in English.

The interpreter fee is the same rate for the duration of the tour, regardless of
whether the tour is extended.
If you would like to extend the tour, please let us know at the time of booking.
VIP Tour Services and Experiences:
We can make recommendations and bookings according to your preferences.
On average, you can expect to visit approximately 10 to 14 experiences within a 6-hour timeframe during
the tour. However, please note that the number may vary depending on the experiences requested.
1.Park Tickets
The representative of the party can
purchase park tickets for all tour participants together at the Disney hotel you are staying at.
Park admission is not included in the tour price.
You also have the option to enjoy both parks in a single day during the tour. If you wish to do so,
please purchase park tickets for each park.
2.Experiencing Attractions
You can experience the attractions of your choice with a minimal wait.
At the start of your tour, please let the tour guide know which attractions you wish to experience.
3.Parade and Show Viewing
If you wish to view a parade or show, then please let us know in advance. We will arrange a viewing area for you.
Please note that depending on the conditions at the park, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred viewing area. Thank you for your understanding.
The time required for viewing performances is included in the tour time.
4.Disney Character Greeting Venues
You can experience Disney Character Greetings with a minimal wait.
At the start of your tour, please let the tour guide know which Disney Character Greetings you wish to experience.
Please note that each Disney Character Greeting venue can be experienced once during the tour.
Taking photos will be limited to one shot per party.
5.Restaurants
Advance bookings are accepted for Priority Seating restaurants at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, as well as Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, and Disney Ambassador Hotel. With Priority Seating, you can be seated with a minimal wait after you arrive at the restaurant.

Dining at the restaurants in Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel is limited to guests staying at the hotel.
Please note that bookings may not be accepted depending on the circumstances.
Priority Seating is a system for booking a dining time at certain restaurants. With a Priority Seating time, you can be seated with a minimal wait after you arrive at the restaurant. However, please note that depending on circumstances, there may still be a short waiting period.
If you would like to experience a show restaurant during the tour, please let us know at the time of booking.
6.Traveling Between Parks
The Disney Resort Line (monorail) can be used when traveling between the two parks.
Tickets for the Disney Resort Line (monorail) are included in the tour price. You can also travel within the Resort with your own car. Your guide will wait for you where you arrive.
Travel time between Parks is also included in the tour time.
7.Other Complimentary Services
Guest Parking
If you are coming by car, a Guest Parking spot near the park entrance will be made available during your stay.
Please
inform us of the make, model, color, and license plate of your vehicle in advance.
Also, please let
the cast member at the entrance of Guest Parking know that you are participating in the VIP
tour.
Stroller & wheelchair rentals
Guests can use strollers and wheelchairs free of charge. Please inform us in advance of the date you would like to use the stroller or wheelchair, the park you will be visiting, and the number of strollers or wheelchairs you require.
Battery-assisted push wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are available for rental for a fee.
There are guidelines for using a stroller.
