Terms of Agreement for Disney Premier Access

・To use Disney Premier Access for an applicable experience or entertainment program (hereafter, experience) at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea (hereafter, Park), you must purchase a Park ticket for the relevant Park and enter the relevant Park.
・One Disney Premier Access (one code) is valid for use once by one person only.
・For all members of your party to get the same time of use, Disney Premier Access must be purchased together. If purchased separately, you may not be able to get the same time (or access to the performance for entertainment programs, hereafter, performance) for everyone as there is a limit to the number of Disney Premier Access available for sale. If Disney Premier Access is purchased separately for entertainment programs with designated viewing areas, different viewing areas will be designated.
・Before purchasing Disney Premier Access, be sure to check the height and other restrictions of the applicable experience. If you do not meet the restrictions, you will not be allowed to enter the venue even if you have purchased Disney Premier Access.
・When selecting the time of use for Disney Premier Access, be sure that the time does not overlap with any other service or event with a specified time that you have already arranged. Please note that for entertainment programs, if you do not arrive at the venue on time, you may be requested to view the performance from a different area.
・For entertainment programs, there is a space available for guests using wheelchairs. Due to limited availability of such space, guests may be requested to view the performance from a different area nearby.
・In consideration of other guests, please refrain from using umbrellas in the viewing area during the entertainment program. If you wish to use an umbrella, then you may be requested to view the performance from a different area.
・Please note that for entertainment programs, you will not be able to enter the viewing area with a stroller (please use a designated space to park your stroller).
・After purchasing Disney Premier Access, changes to the time of use, viewing area, applicable experience, and cancellations or refunds for the guests’ personal reasons are not allowed.
・For entertainment programs, please note that show contents and start times are subject to change without notice depending on weather and operating conditions. In such cases, changes to, as well as refunds or cancellations of Disney Premier Access are not allowed.
・Disney Premier Access is only valid for the applicable experience on the day of Park visit and during the time of use. Be aware that the Disney Premier Access cannot be used after the time of use has passed. In such cases, no changes, refunds, or cancellations can be made.
・After completing payment, you can use the Disney Premier Access by showing the code displayed on the app or by presenting the Park ticket used to enter the Park. You may be unable to use your Disney Premier Access at the applicable experience if the code or Park ticket cannot be presented due to problems with the device or other reasons.
・Disney Premier Access cannot be transferred to another person whether as a gift or for profit. In the event that an unauthorized resale is confirmed, all Disney Premier Access (including the right to access a replacement experience, as a result of suspension of operation at the applicable experience, for which the points below also apply) purchased by the offender will be treated as invalid and the invalidated Disney Premier Access will not be refunded (regardless of whether it is the subject of the violation or not).

・In the event that an entertainment program for which Disney Premier Access was purchased is canceled, a request for a refund will be accepted.
・In the event that the operation is suspended while experiencing an attraction for which Disney Premier Access was purchased, a request for a refund will be accepted.
・In the event that the operation is suspended for an attraction, during its operating hours, before experiencing an attraction for which Disney Premier Access was purchased, either a refund will be made or the right to access one eligible experience, including the experience for which Disney Premier Access was purchased, will be given limited to the same day. If you choose to access the eligible experience, then a request for a refund will not be accepted.

・In the event that the Disney Premier Access purchased through the Tokyo Disney Resort App at the same time for all members of your party are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made to the credit card or other type of cards that was used for the payment. You will not be required to take any action in this case. It will take about one to two months for the refund to process.
・In the event that the Disney Premier Access purchased through the Tokyo Disney Resort App in one transaction is partially eligible for a refund, a refund form must be submitted. You will be notified of the details via the App the day after the intended date of using Disney Premier Access or later. A refund will be made to a specified Japanese bank account at a later date. The deadline for applications will be within 90 days from the intended date of using Disney Premier Access, and requests after that time will not be accepted. If you do not have a Japanese bank account, then please contact a cast member at the venue on the same day when you intended to use the Disney Premier Access.
・In the event that the Disney Premier Access purchased at a guest service facility at the Parks is eligible for a refund, you will be required to seek for a refund on your own. Please go to Main Street House (at Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (at Tokyo DisneySea) before the closing time of the Park you are visiting on that day. The Park ticket and receipt for the purchase of Disney Premier Access will be required for a refund. A refund request will not be accepted if you do not have these items. If you were unable to request a refund on your day of visit, then requests for a refund will be accepted within 90 days from the date issued for use. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


■ Regarding Disney Premier Access entertainment programs
・The designated viewing area will be specified after purchasing Disney Premier Access. Requests for changes to the viewing areas will not be accepted.
・Guests may be requested to view the performance from a viewing area different from that which was specified due to reasons such as weather, etc.
・Guests will be able to enter the viewing area at the designated admission time. You may not be able to enter the viewing area if you arrive later than the specified time of admission.
・In general, guests will be requested to be seated to view the performance at the designated viewing area. However, there will be seating and standing areas to view “Believe! Sea of Dreams” at Tokyo DisneySea. Guests will be able to select either of the viewing areas when purchasing Disney Premier Access.
・Please refrain from leaving and re-entering your area during the performance.
・After the performance starts, you may not be able to enter the viewing area depending on operating conditions.
・Depending on circumstances, there may be cases when certain designated areas for guests with Disney Premier Access will become available for guests without Disney Premier Access.
・Refunds will be made if you have purchased Disney Premier Access to view a parade from a designated area, but the floats did not make a stop at the designated area during the performance as scheduled due to weather or other conditions.


■ Other important notes
For experiencing attractions:
・You will be able to purchase Disney Premier Access for another attraction 60 minutes after purchasing Disney Premier Access, or after the start time of your purchased Disney Premier Access, whichever is earlier.
・If you would like to purchase Disney Premier Access for the same attraction again, you may do so after using the Disney Premier Access you have purchased or after the designated time to use your Disney Premier Access has passed.

For viewing entertainment programs:
・You will be able to purchase Disney Premier Access for another entertainment program 60 minutes after purchasing Disney Premier Access, or after the admission time of your purchased Disney Premier Access (for parades or shows), whichever is earlier.
・If you would like to purchase Disney Premier Access for the same parade or show that will be presented again on the same day, you may do so after using the Disney Premier Access you have purchased or after the admission time of your purchased Disney Premier Access.

・Guests may purchase and have Disney Premier Access for an attraction and an entertainment program at the same time.
・If you were not able to use your Disney Premier Access due to unavailability or cancellation of the attraction or entertainment program, refunds will be issued at Main Street House (at Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (at Tokyo DisneySea). Please bring the Park ticket and receipt for the purchase of Disney Premier Access before the closing time of the Park you are visiting on that day.
