- ・ The tour price is shown on the Summary page. Other fees, including charges resulting from calls or emails related to applications, must be covered by the guest.
- ・ Park admission is not included in the tour price. Guests will be required to purchase park tickets on their own. For park ticket prices, please refer to the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.
- ・ To book the tour, you must stay at an eligible Disney hotel guest room (a separate charge applies).
Booking Capacity
There is a limited number of Private VIP Tours available for each day.
Payment Methods
Payments will be accepted by credit card.
To make a payment,
you
can use the following major credit cards:
JCB (the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea), VISA, Mastercard, American Express,
Diners Club Card, Orico, Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, AEON CREDIT SERVICE and TOYOTA FINANCE.
- ・ Only Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, with the JCB, VISA, Mastercard or American Express brand mark will be accepted.
- ・ Authentication by the personal identification service (3-D secure) is required for credit cards.
- ・ Each credit card company or agency for advance payment shall charge the price of the ticket on you pursuant to the agreement separately executed between you and the applicable company or agency. Please make the payment in accordance with that bill.
- ・ Please be informed that currently we are tightening the security on the use of credit cards.
Availability
An email confirming your reservation will be sent from Tokyo Disney Resort VIP Tour Services after you complete the payment for the tour fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel this tour due to personal reasons, please contact Tokyo Disney Resort VIP Tour Services by telephone or email. In such cases, the cancellation fee will be determined based on the date and time of the phone call or the receipt of the email notifying us about the cancellation, according to the following cancellation policy.
30% of tour fee: Notice given between 5:00 p.m. five days before and 4:59 p.m. two days before the tour date
40% of tour fee: Notice given between 5:00 p.m. two days before and 4:59 p.m. the day before the tour date
100% of tour fee: Notice given between 5:00 p.m. the day before and the day of the tour, or for a no-show
If you cancel your reservation for the applicable Disney hotel guest room, you will no longer be eligible to participate in this tour. In such cases, please contact us by telephone or email to notify us of the cancellation. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the date and time of the phone call or the receipt of the email notifying us about the cancellation, according to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
Booking Deadline
Reservations for the tour can be made up to 4:59 p.m., 10 days before the date of the tour.
Other
The right to apply for this tour or to participate in this tour may not be transferred to another person.
