For safety reasons, certain attractions, entertainment venues, and Disney Character Greeting facilities require Guests with disabilities who need assistance to be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party.
Accompanying Guests with Disabilities
For safety reasons, certain venues require Guests with disabilities who need assistance to be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party. Please refer to page 18 of the Information Book for "List of Attractions, Entertainment Venues and Disney Character Greeting Facilities."
Guests Who Qualify to Assist
· An able-bodied member of the party who can assist the Guest with disabilities during emergency evacuation.
· An able-bodied member of the party who can handle and be responsible for unexpected actions of the Guest with disabilities.
Experiencing Attractions
For a safe and enjoyable experience, Cast Members may ask you a few questions prior to boarding the attraction.
As requirements differ, please contact a Cast Member at each attraction.
Please note that depending on the situation, boarding may be refused based on the Cast Member's judgment.
