Requests regarding the use of mobile batteries
Warnings have been issued by various government agencies including the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency about excess heat and fire accidents caused by products that use lithium-ion batteries, such as mobile batteries.
To ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay with a sense of safety and reassurance, we ask that you please take the following precautions when using mobile batteries and other similar products.
■Refrain from using or storing the products in areas of high temperature or near flammable items.
- By the window under direct sunlight
- Near the beds, sheets, or curtains
- In conditions that trap heat, such as within a bag or wrapped in cloth
■Refrain from charging products while you are out or when you are sleeping.
When charging, please do so under conditions where you can keep an eye on the product.
■If we notice the above situation during your stay, such as during housekeeping, Cast Members at the hotel may move the product or stop the charging.
