Fee: Age 20 and above: 19,900 yen
Age 4 to 19: 16,000 yen

Children ages 3 and under may participate for free, but exclusive merchandise, souvenir items, food, and beverages will not be included
Important: Tickets do not include admission for Tokyo DisneySea. Please purchase park tickets separately.

Tickets must be purchased in advance in order to participate.

The S.S. Columbia Dining Room and the Teddy Roosevelt Lounge will not be operating under regular hours during the event period.

How to Purchase

For each MyDisney Account, the following conditions apply regarding purchase.

Bookings will be accepted for up to two time slots per day.
For each time slot, bookings will be accepted for up to four persons (excluding children ages 3 and under).

The guest making the booking will be required to participate in the program.

Using the Ticket

Once purchased, your program ticket(s) will be accessible on your "My Booking" page within the purchase site, specifically under "My Tickets." Additionally, a voucher for a souvenir item (matching the number of program tickets purchased) will appear in the same "My Tickets" page 15 minutes before your program start time.Please note that you must present both your program ticket(s) and your voucher for a souvenir item and for entry.
The guest who purchased the tickets, along with all the members of their group, must arrive at the entrance to the S.S. Columbia at the designated starting time of the tickets, and present the entire group’s tickets to a cast member. Tickets can be displayed through "My Tickets" under "My Booking" on the purchase site.

Guests may be requested to present identification to verify their age. Please bring a valid photo ID that allows us to confirm your age (passport, driver’s license, student ID, etc.).
Depending on operating conditions, guests may be shown in before or after the designated starting time.

Requests for booking this program will be accepted on this website only.
- Requests for booking this program will not be accepted on the Tokyo Disney Resort App, or at facilities within the parks.
Guests will be required to log in to the purchase page in order to use and make bookings on this website.
For purchases, credit cards and debit cards with the JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club Card, and Discover brand marks will be accepted. This website uses Cardholder Authentication Service (3D Secure) to ensure a higher degree of security for credit and other card payments. To use this service, you will need a password that you create online with your credit card company. For more information, such as how to create your password or whether your card is eligible for this service, please contact your credit card company.

The guest making the booking will be required to participate in the program.
Please enter the number of children ages 3 and under in your party on the purchase page.
If there are five or more persons (including children ages 3 and under) in your party participating in this program, you may be requested to be seated separately when dining at S.S. Columbia Dining Room.
Due to limited availability, certain time slots for this program may sell out. Sales may resume if there are cancellations.
Once sales start, the availability is subject to change.
The information required for bookings (name, email address, the number of children ages 3 and under, etc.) may not be changed once the purchase is completed.
Regardless of whether or not there will be alcohol consumption, please make sure to purchase the ticket of the age category which corresponds to the age of the guest.
Guests holding tickets that do not correspond to their age category may be denied from participating in the program. Please note that requests for refunds will not be accepted in such cases.

Changing and Canceling Reservations

There are only a limited number of bookings available, so tickets may sell out. Bookings that are canceled will become available again for purchase.
Cancellations due to guests’ personal reasons are accepted until 8:59 p.m., one day before the designated date. Changes, cancellations, and refunds after 8:59 p.m., one day before the designated date, are not accepted.
Guests may not be able to participate if they arrive later than the designated start time. In such cases, requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.
If you would like to make changes to the date, time, or number of tickets, please cancel your reservations first and make a booking again. However, your desired time slot may not be available due to sales conditions and other reasons. Please note that cancellations cannot be undone.
Please note that cancellations must be made individually for each ticket. If you wish to cancel multiple tickets for the same date and time slot, you must cancel each ticket separately.
Please note that your registered information (name, email address, number of guests ages 3 and under) cannot be changed once you make a booking, so please make sure the information is correct.
Guests can cancel bookings through "My Tickets" on the purchase site, which can be accessed from the "My Booking" page or the link provided in the purchase completion email. Reservations cannot be canceled through other methods.
There may be times where The Teddy Roosevelt Lounge and commemorative photo features are not available due to crowded conditions, technical difficulties, or other reasons. Refunds and alternative experiences will not be offered in such cases.
Refunds and alternative experiences will not be offered in cases where, due to guests’ personal reasons, the services on the ship are not used or exclusive merchandise and souvenir items are not received.
Refunds will be offered in the event that the program is canceled. Refunds will not be offered in cases where program contents are changed due to weather or operating conditions, or cases where changes are made to the start and end times and the method of experiencing the program.

About Tickets

Please arrive at the S.S. Columbia entrance at your ticket's designated start time. Ensure that the ticket purchaser and all accompanying guests are present. Present all event tickets for your party to the cast member at the entrance.

Guests may be requested to present identification to verify their age. Please bring a valid photo ID that allows us to confirm your age (passport, driver’s license, student ID, etc.).
Depending on operating conditions, your entry time may slightly vary from the designated start time.
Guests will be requested to form a line near the entrance of the venue in accordance with operating conditions. Please contact a cast member for details.
Cast members will conduct the check-ins. Please do not press the check-in button yourself (appears as "For Staff Check-in Only Button" when it’s the designated time).
Guests may not be able to participate if they arrive later than the designated time, so please plan accordingly.

Vouchers for Souvenir Items

When exiting the S.S. Columbia, the ticket purchaser and all accompanying guests must arrive at the ticket counter on the second floor of the S.S. Columbia, no later than two hours after the designated start time. The ticket purchaser must present the entire group's vouchers to a cast member in order to redeem them for exclusive merchandise.
The vouchers can be accessed through "My Tickets" under "My Booking" on the purchase site.

Each voucher may be redeemed for one souvenir glass, and only at the designated location within the ship.,
There is a deadline (the ending time two hours after the designated start time indicated by the ticket) to redeem vouchers. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the deadline.
Example: Apr. 8 – If the designated start time for your ticket is 3:00 p.m., then 5:00 p.m. is the deadline for redeeming your voucher.,
Guests cannot return to the ship after their vouchers have been redeemed.,
Returns or exchanges for exclusive merchandise are not accepted, unless the merchandise itself is damaged.,
Please note guests are not permitted to use the souvenir glass within the S.S. Columbia.,
Items cannot be transferred to another person whether as a gift or for profit.,

Important Reminders for Using Tickets

Tickets are only valid for the designated dates and hours.
A separate park ticket (additional fee required) for admission to Tokyo DisneySea on your selected date is required to use this program ticket.
Having a program ticket does not guarantee admission into Tokyo DisneySea.
Guests cannot stay on the ship or use the services outside of the designated hours.
Guests cannot exit the ship during the designated hours, nor can they return after exiting the ship.
Depending on park operating conditions, the ticket may not be available for purchase on certain dates and hours.
If you have two time slots bookings for the same day, booked services with designated times, or are planning to enjoy a parade/show, please make sure that those times do not conflict with the designated hours for this program.
Tickets will be checked when it’s the designated start time, so please make sure to bring your ticket with you. Guests who have forgotten their ticket may not be able to enter the venue.
Guests may be requested to present identification to verify their age. Please bring a valid photo ID that allows us to confirm your age (passport, driver’s license, student ID, etc.).

About Dining

Guests may not be able to dine at the venue if they arrive later than the designated dining time. In such cases, requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.
Guests planning to operate a vehicle and persons under age 20 are prohibited by Japanese law from drinking alcoholic beverages. Guests may be requested to present identification to verify their age.
Please note that we may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to guests who may not be feeling well.
A table will be available to seat the number of guests requested in your booking.
We will not be able to serve menu items that exceed the amount corresponding to the number of guests you have booked for your party.
Menu items and beverages will not be served for guests ages 3 and under without a ticket.
Please note you will not be able to specify where to be seated.
If there are five or more persons (including children ages 3 and under) in your party participating in this program, you may be requested to be seated separately when dining at S.S. Columbia Dining Room. Guests may be required to wait to be seated in such cases.
Guests will not be able to place additional orders of menu items.
Please understand that we are unable to change ingredients or remove specific allergenic foods from menu items.
Guests will be required to exit the S.S. Columbia Dining Room at a designated time. Cast members will inform guests at that time.
Depending on the circumstances, guests may be requested to limit their stay in The Teddy Roosevelt Lounge.
Guests may be required to wait during busy times.
The piano performance is subject to change or cancellation without notice due to system issues, etc. In such cases, requests for schedule changes or refunds will not be accepted. Additionally, the duration for the piano presentation may differ depending on the performance.

About Exclusive Merchandise and Souvenir Items

Limited to a designated location within S.S. Columbia, one ticket may be used to redeem one plush badge set, and one souvenir glass.
These items will not be available for guests ages 3 and under without a ticket.
The souvenir glass can only be redeemed at the time you leave the venue. Please note you will forfeit the right to an exchange if this item is not redeemed by the end of the program.
Due to the nature of the plush badge, expressions and shapes may vary between items. Guests will not be able to specify which item to be redeemed. Requests for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted, unless the items are damaged at the time of receipt.
Please note guests are not permitted to use the souvenir glass within S.S. Columbia.
The right to participate in this program may not be transferred to a third party whether as a gift or for profit.
A resale of the right to participate in this program is strictly prohibited.
We will not be responsible for any disputes arising from such a resale.

About Commemorative Photos

A commemorative photo can be taken once for up to 8 persons, including children ages 3 and under.
Please refrain from having children ages 3 and under have their commemorative photo taken without an accompanying member of their party.
The use of a photo booth is limited to once per person.
The number of prints you can receive from the photo shoot will be equivalent to the number of guests in your party with a ticket. (Due to technical reasons, the system produces prints in even numbers. If your party consists of an odd number of participants, an additional photo will be printed to make the total an even number.)
The commemorative photos will be temporarily saved on a server to be uploaded onto Disney Photo. Guests will need to approve this procedure in order to use this service.
The commemorative photos may be displayed and downloaded by scanning the code attached on the printout. This will allow the photos to be saved in Disney Photo.
The code can be scanned on the day and within Tokyo Disney Resort only.
Photos that may be registered in Disney Photo are limited to those depicting the user or the accompanying member(s) of the party.
Users are responsible for their own data charges when downloading photos from Disney Photo.
The photos that were uploaded onto Disney Photo can be downloaded for a period of 10 days counting from the date when the photos were taken.
Depending on the connection or the conditions of the device, photos may not print properly or Disney Photo may not be available. Please note that depending on circumstances, guests may not be able to retake their photos.

About Other Services

We request that guests limit their stay at the venue to 2 hours, and exit the area once the program is over.
Please note you will not be able to re-enter S.S. Columbia once you exit, even if it is still within the time slot of your booking.
Certain locations within S.S. Columbia, such as the deck of the ship, may be off-limits to guests.
Guests with strollers or wheelchairs may be required to wait to be assisted depending on the operating conditions at the restaurant. Please contact a cast member on your day of visit for more information.
Guests will be denied this service and will be removed immediately from the site if they engage in any acts that disturb other guests or interfere with the business or operations of this service and its associated facilities, or any acts that may result in any of the foregoing acts. In such cases, we will not be able to provide refunds for any fees incurred by the guests, such as tickets for this program, park tickets, etc., and will not be able to compensate for any other expenses paid by the guests.

Miscellaneous

The conditions regarding sales and how this service will be offered may change, and the contents of this service may change or become unavailable.
When making a booking, guests under age 18 will require consent from their guardian.
The right to experience the offerings in this service, including menu items, exclusive merchandise, souvenir items, etc., may not be transferred to a third party whether as a gift or for profit. Any violation, including resale, will result in the invalidation of the tickets (regardless of whether or not the ticket was for resale). In addition, refund requests will not be accepted for tickets that were invalidated as a result.
