Canceling or Changing Your Reservation
Cancellations
Please make cancellations through this website. (If you cannot cancel through this website, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets Support Desk.) You will be charged a fee as shown in the chart under “Cancellation Fees” if you cancel within the indicated period.
The deposit that you paid earlier will be used to pay for the cancellation fee.
-- Please contact the hotel directly if you are canceling your reservation on the day of your scheduled stay. You can find the hotel telephone number in the e-mail that was sent to you to confirm your reservation.
-- Hotel Guest Benefits (such as restaurants) that you have arranged with this reservation will also be canceled together with the cancellation of your hotel reservation.
Cancellation Fees
If you change the dates of stay and other aspects of your reservation for your own reasons, your original reservation will be treated as having been canceled and the designated cancellation fees will be deducted from your deposit accordingly.

Making Additions or Other Changes
You can make changes to your reservation on this website except for the number of nights. To increase the number of nights, please make a separate, new reservation for the additional nights. To reduce the number of nights, you must cancel your original reservation and make a new one. However, if you cannot make a new reservation because no rooms are available, please contact Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center If you want to change your reservation or increase the number of nights on your check-in day, please contact the Hotel directly. The telephone number is indicated in the reservation confirmation mail that sent to you upon the completion of your reservation.
