Hours: From one hour before park opening time through one hour after park closing time (7 days a week)

  • Please note we may not be able to search for an item in cases where the storage period, based on the law regarding lost articles in Japan, has passed.
    Additionally, we will not contact guests when the lost item could not be recovered.
  • Please note that the lost item will be returned to the owner of the item. If you wish to have a representative claim your lost item on your behalf, then a letter of proxy will be required.
  • Any charges resulting from calls to the above phone number must be covered by the caller.
  • Charges will differ based on your phone carriers and plans. Please contact your phone carrier for details.
