■ Notice of lobby–guest room elevator refurbishment at the Disney Ambassador Hotel

During the following period, the elevator running between the lobby and the guest room floor at the Disney Ambassador Hotel will be undergoing refurbishment.
During this refurbishment period, some of the elevators cannot be used.Also, please be aware that there may be noise and vibrations from the construction and odor from the paint work.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation and kind understanding.

Period:June 2026 through March 2027 (tentative)

Due to the inspection and maintenance of electrical facilities, some in-room facilities cannot be used on the date and time below. We apologize for this inconvenience and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Details: Air conditioning inside guest rooms cannot be used within the above time. Elevators and some public areas will also be affected.

■ Notice on implementation of guest room categories at the Disney Ambassador Hotel

From October 13, 2025, all 503 guest rooms will be divided by their features into the following three categories: Character, Standard and Suite.

■ Information on restricted access to the hotel

Entry may be restricted to guests who are staying, dining at the restaurants, if we expect congestion in the lobby area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■ As of February 28, 2023, paper bags are no longer available in guest rooms. If you require a paper bag, please ask a Cast Member. Thank you for helping to reduce paper waste at Tokyo Disney Resort.

■ Requests during your stay

When wearing costume, please refrain from the following:
- Actions that would be considered unpleasant or cause concern to other guests.
- Actions that would be considered unpleasant or cause concern to other guests.
- Actions that would impede the other guests.
- Costumes that may be offensive to public order and morals.
- Changing attire in the toilets.
- Wearing wedding dresses, tuxedos, or other attire that evoke weddings (wearing and taking photos of such costumes outside of the guest rooms are limited to the bride and bridegroom of the Disney Hotels Wedding Program “Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings”.)
