Regarding Refunds for Fixed Date and Time Passports
The following park tickets will no longer be available for purchase after September 14, 2026.
Guests will not be able to enter the park with these tickets on or after September 15, 2026, even if the tickets are within the period of validity. For this reason, we recommend that guests use these tickets by September 14, 2026.
Eligible park tickets that will not be used by September 14, 2026, or unused tickets as of September 15, 2026, will be subject to a refund.
To request a refund, please check and complete the procedure for cancellations below.
Eligible park tickets:
- Early Evening Passport
- Weeknight Passport
- After 3 Summer Passport (Limited Period)
- After 5 Summer Passport (Limited Period)
1. Unused tickets purchased from the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website or Tokyo Disney Resort App
2. The date of purchase is between September 15, 2025, and September 14, 2026
Cancellations
Canceling park tickets
Once the tickets become eligible for cancellations, a button for canceling your park tickets will appear on the reservation site for the eligible tickets.
Please proceed with the cancellation on the bookings/purchases page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website, or on the My Booking page under Menu of the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
Eligible period for cancellations
- Tickets purchased between September 15, 2025, and April 30, 2026: From the afternoon of August 3, 2026, up to September 14, 2026
- Tickets purchased between May 1, 2026, and September 14, 2026: From the afternoon of November 4, 2026, up to December 14, 2026
Checking your cancellation
The status on My Booking will be displayed as “Canceled.” A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
Other
Even if you do not complete the cancellation procedure during the above period, Tokyo Disney Resort will accept your requests for a refund. A confirmation email will not be sent to you, so please check the My Booking page. Please note that the refund requests may take some time to process. We will contact you if some of your tickets in your booking were used, or if we were unable to process your refund.
- If you make changes to the admission date or age category for the applicable tickets during the eligible period for cancellations, then the cancellation button will not be displayed. If you wish to request a refund after making the ticket changes then please wait until the eligible period for cancellations ends.
- Requests for refunds will not be accepted at the ticket booths located at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
- Guests enrolled in the Tokyo Disney Resort Corporate Program are also requested to complete the above procedure for refunds. A refund corresponding to your credit card or smartphone payment will be made. The Tokyo Disney Resort Corporate Program Coupon will be invalidated, but a new coupon will be distributed to you at a later date.
