Tips for Staying Cool During the Hot Weather at Tokyo Disney Resort

Requests to Guests Visiting the Parks
Please remember to get enough rest, eat well and stay hydrated, in order to prevent yourself from feeling unwell and avoid the risk of heatstroke. You can bring water bottles and frozen bottled beverages into the park. We also recommend preparing sun-protection essentials, such as sun umbrellas, hats, and scarves, ahead of time.
If you are feeling unwell, please consider rescheduling your visit. As part of our heatstroke prevention measures, our cast members will also hydrate in the presence of guests.
