A changing space will be available for guests to enjoy wearing costumes at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Please see below for more information. Guests using the changing space can also check their baggage for an additional fee.

Facility Information


In the changing space, there are 30 booths for women, and two booths for barrier-free access that are available for all genders. Men are requested to use the barrier-free access booths for all genders.
The booths for women are approximately 119 cm wide, with a depth of about 198 cm. The booths for barrier-free access, and available for all genders, are approximately 188 cm wide with a depth of about 177 cm.
The capacity for each booth is one person. However, up to two guests ages 11 and under may accompany a guest age 18 and over to use the same booth together (children ages 6 and under may accompany an adult of a different gender to use the same booth together). Guests ages 12 and over are requested to use the booth individually.
The booths for barrier-free access, and available for all genders, are 120 cm wide. Up to one accompanying guest may enter the booth together with a guest requiring assistance to wear a costume. Additionally, up to two guests ages 11 and under may accompany a guest age 18 and over to use the same booth together. Limited to this booth, guests ages 11 and under may accompany an adult of a different gender to use the same booth together. Additionally, the guest requiring assistance may be accompanied by a guest of a different gender.
Booths with a power outlet is shown on the floor plan above with a power plug icon. The maximum use of power permitted in these booths is 1,500 watts. Hairdryers may be used if power usage is within this range. Please refrain from using items that will exceed this capacity (please note that hairdryers are not available for rental).
- A full-body mirror is installed in each booth. There is no table or chair in the booths.

For reservations, you will be directed to an external site.
Please exit the booth five minutes before the end of your reserved time. The changing space is available to be reserved at a 30-minute interval. However, this includes the time required for check-in, cleaning and set up for next guest(s). For this reason, we request that guests finish using the booth within 25 minutes.
(Therefore, guests reserving the booth for 30 minutes are in actuality required to exit after 25 minutes.)- Guests reserving the changing space for more than 30 minutes may be requested to move to a different booth depending on the circumstances.
- The price for checking baggage will be the same regardless of the time of day or size of the item.
Rules and Requests
The changing space is reserved for use by guests visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea on the day of using this facility.
- Please note guests will be requested to present their park ticket before using this facility.Guests will be able to enter the changing space during the timeframe they reserved in advance. The changing space is available to be reserved at a 30-minute interval. However, this includes the time required for check-in, cleaning and set up for the next guest(s). For this reason, we request that guests finish using the booth within 25 minutes.
Guests with a reservation to use the changing space from 8:00 a.m. should note that they will be required to walk to the facility after the entrance to the changing space opens at 8:00 a.m.
Guests will not be able to access other areas of Ikspiari until 10:00 a.m. on weekdays. Guests with reservations to use the changing space before 10:00 a.m. will be required to enter Ikspiari from the entrance by the Disney Ambassador Hotel, and go directly to the venue (please note that guests with reservations for 8:00 a.m. will be required to wait until 8:00 a.m. to enter Ikspiari).
Ikspiari will be open to guests from 8:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Guests wishing to check their baggage should make an advance booking on the reservation site. For baggage checks, please note that only suitcases will be accepted. Please use the storage locker at Ikspiari or vicinity if you wish to have other items stored.
- From 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, only the storage locker at the Courtyard on the first floor will be available at Ikspiari.
- Please contact a cast member at Ikspiari for assistance, or for information regarding availability.You will not be able to make bookings or changes, such as extension of service, at the venue. Please complete your booking on the reservation site in advance.
- If there is space still available on your day of visit, then you will be able to make a booking on the reservation site on your day of visit.- Requests for bookings or cancellations will not be accepted by email or telephone.
- The use of the changing space will not waive or deduct the parking fee at Ikspiari.
- The use of cameras will be prohibited at the changing space.
- We will not be responsible for any disputes between guests, theft, etc., at the changing space.
- We may contact you through the email address you have registered at the time of booking if there is a change in operations at the parks or the facility due to weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.
There will be a separate check-in required for the changing space and baggage check.
- Baggage check will only be available for guests with a reservation to use the changing space on the same day. Please note guests will be requested to present their proof of booking the changing space before checking their baggage.
Guests with checked baggage are requested to pick up their baggage by 10:00 p.m., when the changing space closes for the day.
If you are unable to pick up your checked baggage by the above mentioned time, please contact Information at Ikspiari (047-305-2525) the following day.
- Once stored, baggage cannot be opened or accessed until pickup.
Conditions for Reservations
You will need to log in to your MyDisney Account to make a booking. Please note you will need to be age 13 or over to create a MyDisney Account.
The reservation site may become temporarily unavailable immediately after the start of the booking period for the changing space. This is due to a large number of guests expected to access the website at the same time. Please try again later in such cases.
Advance reservations will be required to use the changing space and check your baggage. Payments will be required in advance, and will be accepted via credit card only.
Requests for cancellations or refunds will be accepted up to 11:59 p.m., seven days before your date of visit. Requests for cancellations made thereafter will not be accepted, and will result in a charge of the entire amount corresponding to the booking. Please check the page with conditions for payments when making a reservation.
Requests for changes to your reservation will not be accepted once the booking is completed. Please make a new booking, and cancel the old one.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address, registered at the time of booking, once the reservation is completed. Please present the code on your confirmation email to enter the facility on your day of visit. The code may be displayed on your smartphone, or printed out. You will not be able to enter the facility without the code and the park ticket for that day. You may also be requested to present identification depending on the circumstances.
The right to access the facility may not be transferred (for resale, auction, etc.) to a third party whether as a gift or for profit. Any such violation will result in the invalidation of your reservation.
