Tokyo Disney Resort Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy
Our merchandise return and exchange policy has been revised effective as of March 14 ,2019.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise purchased at Tokyo Disney Resort.Merchandise purchased at the Disney Stores, other Disney Theme Parks & Resorts, and Ikspiari will not be accepted.
Merchandise for return or exchange must have the original receipt, be in the original unopened packaging, and have all original tags attached. Refunds will be provided using the same payment method as at the time of purchase. Some items cannot be returned or exchanged (see below for details).
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after five days from the date of purchase, or if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the following:
▪ items damaged after purchase
▪ food items
▪ original artwork
▪ personalized or order-made items
▪ items purchased with the Tokyo Disney Resort App
▪ Tokyo Disney Resort merchandise purchased through an auction site or other third party.
