In addition to the extension of validity and requests for refunds currently being accepted for certain Park tickets, the Park admission lottery will be available starting with December 2020 Park admissions.
Depending on the Park ticket, eligibility may vary. Please see “Conditions for Park tickets” below.

1.Park admission by lottery

  • Available only for guests holding eligible Park tickets, the Park admission lottery will be held for December 2020 Park admissions and beyond until further notice.

Park Admission Time

On a day Park opens at 9:00 a.m., admission time will be one of the following: 9:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m. / 12:00 noon
On a day Park opens at 10:00 a.m.*, admission time will be one of the following: 10:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m. / 12:00 noon
(*) From February 13 to March 7, 2021

  • If you have selected 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon as the admission time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference regardless of the type of ticket you have.
  • Each ticket will be valid for admission only once. Requests for refunds will not be accepted after entering the Park.
  • Any changes regarding the above will be posted on the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.

- Multi-Day Passports that have been partially used will not be eligible for the lottery.
- Park tickets with a fixed admission date (Fixed-Date Tickets) will be eligible for the Park admission lottery from March 2021 (for April or May 2021 Park admissions).
- The eligibility applies to all age categories (Adult, Junior, and Child).
- Reservation vouchers for Park admission(printed out and in the size issued at locations such as a convenience store ) will not be eligible for the Park admission lottery.

Lottery schedule

The lottery will be held and admission slots will be available on a monthly basis.
Lottery attempts can be made twice

First round:
Lottery entry and drawing 2 months before the month of Park visit

Second round:
Lottery entry and drawing 1 month before the month of Park visit


Lottery entry period:
Lottery can be attempted using the “Park Admission Lottery Entry Form” from 10:00 a.m. on the first day of the month through 11:59 p.m. on the seventh day of the month.

Lottery result announcement:
Results can be checked using the “Park Admission Lottery Results Form” on the fifteenth day of the month.


- Fixed-Date Tickets will be eligible for the Park admission lottery from March 2021 (for April or May 2021 Park admissions).
- Any changes regarding the above, as well as regarding valid dates and times for Park admission, will be posted on this site.

Regarding the lottery

  • An attempt can be made for different months in both the first and second rounds or for only one of the rounds.
    (Example) For April Park admission, you can enter the first round of the lottery (in February), second round of the lottery (in March), or both.

  • However, if you are successful in the first round, then you will not be eligible for the second round.
    (Example) If you are successful in the first round of the lottery (in Februrary) for April Park admission, then you will not be able to participate in the second round of the lottery (in March).

  • The lottery for Park admission can only be attempted once per month (an attempt can be made for the first or second round in the same month).
    (Example) You can enter the lottery in Maruch if it is either a second round for April Park admission, or a first round for May Park admission.

  • If you are unable to visit the Park on the date of Park admission received through the lottery, then your next lottery attempt can only be made two months after that date.
    (If you are unable to visit the Park in April, then your next lottery attempt can only be made in June)

    - If the admission date received by lottery falls within the period while the state of emergency announced by the Japanese government is in effect (from January 8 to March 7, 2021)
      If you are unable to visit the Park on the date of Park admission received through the lottery, then your next lottery attempt can be made from the month of admission date received by lottery.

  • If the admission date received by lottery falls between January 8 and February 28, but if you are unable to visit the Park, then your next lottery attempt can be made from February (for March or April admissions).

  • If the admission date received by lottery falls between March 1 and 7, but if you are unable to visit the Park, then your next lottery attempt can be made from 10:00 a.m. on March 1 (for April or May admissions).

  • There will be separate admission slots for the first and second rounds, so the first round of the lottery alone will not fill up all the slots.

  • You will not be able to make changes or cancel after submitting the lottery entry form.

Regarding the use of Multi-Day Passports for the lottery and Park admission

  • The lottery may be attempted for the Park valid for admission as indicated on the first and second day on your ticket.
  • If you have a 3-Day Magic Passport or 4-Day Magic Passport, you can visit both Parks as you like from the third day.
  • If you are successful in the lottery, then you will be able to enter the applicable Park for the number of days as indicated on the ticket, and consecutively counting from the valid date of admission as a result of the lottery.
  • Please note if you do not enter the Park on one of the days valid for admission as a result of the lottery, your ticket will become invalid and will not be subject to a refund or eligibility to attempt the lottery again.

Lottery entry and results announcement

Please fill out the necessary information on the "Park Admission Lottery Entry Form."

  • With one entry form you can register up to 10 days for the Park, date, and time of admission you want.
  • The lottery may be attempted for the Park valid for admission as indicated on the Fixed-Date Ticket. Please select the Park as indicated on the ticket for the lottery entry.
  • If you have a Multi-Day Passport, please select the valid Park for the first day as indicated on the ticket for the lottery entry.
  • If you have a ticket eligible for the lottery and have other members in your party, then a lottery entry can be made for up to 5 persons including yourself.
  • If there are more than 6 members in your party, please enter the lottery as separate parties of 6 or fewer persons.However, the lottery will be held per group and results may vary depending on the group.

Lottery results can be checked from the Park Admission Lottery Results Form.
- A successful attempt will be good for only one of the days registered.

About Park admission

  • On the day of your visit, your lottery results will be checked at the Park entrance before being admitted.
  • A lottery result ticket will not be distributed, so on the day of your visit, please make sure to bring the Park ticket you used to enter the lottery.
  • You and other members of your party are not required to be together to enter the Park.

Other information

  • The lottery entry and announcement of results are not first come, first served. If you have difficulties accessing the website, please try again later.
  • Please note that depending on the situation, the Park admission lottery may end without notice.
  • The Parks may close or Park operating hours may change if Park operations are, or potentially may be, interrupted due to earthquakes, blackouts, other natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.Please note that we will not be liable for any compensations in such cases.
  • The unauthorized resale of Park tickets for commercial purposes violates the terms and conditions of the Park tickets. If an unauthorized act is confirmed, all of the Park tickets purchased by the violator will be invalidated, whether the ticket has been subject to resale or not. Click here for details.

After purchasing your ticket(s), you should have received an email from Tokyo Disney Resort confirming your purchase. Please check the PDF file in that email and take a screenshot of the ticket number (20 digits) and the square code. Then save the image and attach it to the web form.

To exchange a ticket for a Revisit Passport
• Although there were plans to accept exchanges of fixed-date tickets for Revisit Passports, the fixed-date tickets you currently have will be valid through March 31, 2022.
• Exchanges for a Revisit Passport will not be required. Please also note that this exchange will no longer be available.

*Regarding the Revisit Passport
  • Valid at either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea for one day only.
  • Good for any age category (Adult, Junior, Child, or Senior)
  • Valid until March 31, 2022
  • Not valid on dates when Park admission is being restricted
