Operational Changes and Status of Suspended Operations for Attractions, Disney Character Greetings, Parades/Shows, and Atmosphere Entertainment
Attractions facilities with suspended operations
- Please be sure to wear a face mask when in the queue or in the building.
- As a general rule, social distancing will be maintained between groups on rides and attractions
- Hand sanitizers will be installed at the exits. Guests are encouraged to use it.
- Single rider operations will be suspended until further notice.
- FASTPASS will be suspended in order to allow for the necessary queue management on attractions.
The following attractions will not be available.
TokyoDisneyland
- Haunted Mansion "Holiday Nightmare"
- Country Bear Theater「Jingle Bell Jamboree」
- In addition to the above, there may be facilities that close for maintenance.
- Regarding photo services:
Photo services for Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones® Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull, and Tower of Terror will not be available. - The wheelchair-accessible vehicle for Toy Story Mania! is currently not available for the time being in order to maintain social distancing.
Experiencing the new attractions
For your safety and enjoyment, please note that Guests wishing to experience the following attractions will be required to complete an Entry Request on the Tokyo Disney Resort App after entering the Park. You will be able to experience the venue if you have been assigned a time slot through the Entry Request.
Attractions requiring Entry Request
At Tokyo Disneyland
- Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast (from September 28, 2020)
- The Happy Ride with Baymax (from September 28, 2020)
- Guests can submit an entry anytime when Entry Requests are accepted.
- Depending on the result of the Entry Request, you may not be able to experience what you have selected.
About Standby Pass
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, certain attractions require a Standby Pass for admission.

- Please always wear a mask, including when you take pictures.
- To maintain an adequate distance from other parties, please follow the instructions of the Cast Members.
- Please refrain from making physical contact (high fives, hugs, autographs, etc.) or speaking in a loud voice.
- Please limit the photo-taking to one shot per party when using your own camera.
- Depending on the weather and other circumstances, photo-taking may be suspended.
- Currently, professional photographers are not available to take pictures.

- It is required to wear a mask at all times during the show (optional for children ages 2 and under).
However, to prevent heat stroke during days of high temperature and humidity, Guests are permitted to remove their masks if outdoors and adequate distance from other Guests can be kept. - For everyone's safety, please refrain from running alongside shows and parades or moving between other Guests viewing the entertainment.
