  • Fixed-Date Tickets with admission date starting February 29, 2020 or expiration date from February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021
  • Open Tickets with expiration date from February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021

1.Tickets that meet the following conditions can be processed through web form or at the ticket booths at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.

  • Disney Hotels, Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels, Tokyo Disney Resort Partner Hotels, Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbor Hotels, or the Disney Store
  • The ticket booths at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea

2.Exceptional tickets: the handling of your ticket will be different if your ticket meets one of the below conditions.

Tickets below are not eligible for processing through the web form or at the ticket booths at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.

  • Shareholder's Passport
    Please check here for details.
  • Sponsor Passport with an expiration date within the period from February 29 to April 30, 2021 (Open Tickets)
    Ticket refunds will not be accepted.
    Ticket changes will be accepted without charge for the difference or handling fee up to the expiration date of March 31, 2022.

Ticket below is eligible for processing at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.

  • Sponsor Passports (fixed-date tickets) with designated Park admission dates on or after February 29, 2020, or with an expiration date from February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021
    Ticket changes will also be accepted without a fee, or charge resulting from price difference, to a ticket (Revisit Passport) valid for admission until March 31, 2022.
    Exchanges for a Revisit Passport are currently not accepted. The date when this exchange will be accepted will be posted on the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website at a later date.

The Parks have reopened on July 1, 2020 but admission will be limited to guests who have purchased fixed-date tickets online until further notice.
The Park tickets above, with an expiration date extended until March 31, 2022, may currently not be used for admission.
However, selected Park tickets will be eligible for Park admission lottery starting with December 2020 Park admissions. Read more

3.Tickets purchased from travel agencies and convenience stores

Please use the web form if your ticket meets one of the following conditions:

  • Partially used Multi-Day Passport e.g. You have 2-Day Passport valid on February 28 and 29, and you used it on February 28 only.
  • Business card-sized ticket
For other tickets, please contact the location where the ticket was issued. For some convenience stores, please refer to the issuing location indicated on the Park ticket.
