Annual Passports cannot be used on blockout dates. (This does not apply to Annual Passports or vouchers issued on or before February 28, 2018).

New blockout dates will be announced in three-month periods by the beginning of January, April, July, and October.
- Blockout dates may increase or decrease depending on circumstances.
Example
- Blockout dates for June through August 2020 will be announced by April 2019.
- Blockout dates for September through November 2020 will be announced by July 2019.
