Regarding Park Ticket Purchase Methods
Starting from Park tickets valid for admissions on April 1, 2023, the website to purchase Park tickets will differ.
In addition, there will be changes regarding the conditions for making changes to purchased Park tickets, as well as the available payment methods as follows.
Making changes to Park tickets
For Park tickets with a date of admission on or after April 1, 2023 designated at the time of purchase, the conditions for making changes to Park tickets after purchase will change.
Changes to date of admission

*If making changes to a Park ticket with admissions up to March 31, 2023 to another date of admission that is on or after April 1, the applicable conditions for making ticket changes will be those for admissions up to March 31, 2023. In addition, changes can also be made to the ticket type and Park.
However, changes cannot be made to limited period special value tickets that are valid for admissions from April, 2023.
Payment methods
For Park tickets with a date of admission up to March 31, 2023 designated at the time of purchase:
Credit card only
For Park tickets with a date of admission on or after April 1, 2023 designated at the time of purchase:
Credit card, and select smartphone payments
Displaying Park tickets
For Park tickets with a date of admission on or after April 1, 2023, the code on the ticket can only be displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
Downloading the Tokyo Disney Resort App is recommended, as displaying the ticket through a web browser, or printing the ticket at home will no longer be supported.
If you cannot use the App, please use the code attached to the email that was sent when you made your ticket purchase.
