Regarding Refunds for Unused Park Tickets
Park tickets with a designated date of admission up to March 31, 2023 at the time of purchase, and with an expiration date during the period from October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024, cannot be changed to a ticket with an admission date on or after October 1, 2023. For this reason, refund requests will be accepted only for guests with eligible Park tickets.
Park tickets eligible for a refund
Refund requests will be accepted for Park tickets corresponding to all of the conditions from 1 to 3 below:
1. Unused Park tickets purchased from Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets or the Tokyo Disney Resort App
2. Park tickets with an expiration date during the period from October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Read more

- Refund requests will be accepted for the above Park tickets for an adult, junior or child, and regardless of the Park of visit.
How to request a refund
Please have ready the reservation number at the time of purchase for the Park ticket you wish to request a refund for, and submit the following form.
- This form must be submitted by the person who made the ticket purchase.
- Please submit the form during the eligible period (September 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024).
- Refund requests will not be accepted at the ticket booths located at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
