- The steps to follow will vary depending on the ticket type, regarding tickets for admissions before the Parks reopened (purchased on or before June 24, 2020).
Please have your ticket ready and check the following.
- Only tickets with an expiration date that falls between February 29, 2020, and April 30, 2021, are eligible.

Disney's eTicket Passport (printed out at home)
Disney's eTicket Passport (displayed on a smartphone)

・Extension of the validity period
The expiration date was extended up to March 31, 2022 without any actions being required.
- The validity period will not be extended for Sponsor Passports with an expiration date of July 1, 2021 or later. The ticket will expire on the date indicated on the ticket.
・Park admission by lottery
Park admission lottery is no longer available as of February 7, 2022.

The price difference and service fee will not be charged.

You will be able to enter the Park if you receive an admission date through the Park admission lottery.
- This ticket type is not eligible for a refund.
