Q5. Credit Cards

JCB and other major credit cards, as well as major debit cards and major branded prepaid cards, are accepted at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
- Some credit cards issued outside of Japan by MasterCard may not be accepted.
- Some debit cards issued by J-Debit or China UnionPay may not be accepted.

Credit and debit cards cannot be used in the following cases.
- At balloon vendors and food carts
- When purchasing stamps, gift cards, meal vouchers, IC telephone cards, etc.


To Guests who wish to use a credit card, debit card or branded prepaid card:
- The card can only be used by the person it was issued to.
- The card is not signed on the back or the signature on the receipt is different.
- If your credit card company requires us to contact them by telephone, please be aware that it may take some time.

Please use the coin-operated machine at the Information Corner on the second floor in the Traders' Passage area of Ikspiari.
All mobile phones made for the Japanese market can be recharged, but not those made for the overseas market.

If you wish to leave the Park and return later the same day, please have your hand stamped at the exit. (A hand stamp and valid Passport are required for re-entry.)

Children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all moving attractions. Please check the signs at the attractions or see a Cast Member for details.

Children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all moving attractions. Please check the signs at the attractions or see a Cast Member for details. Children wishing to enjoy attractions with height restrictions can ask for their height to be verified at the Mediterranean Harbor Park Information Board.

Q5. Alternate Ride System

Parents with children who cannot ride an attraction due to boarding restrictions can utilize the Alternate Ride System, which allows one parent to ride while the other watches the child, then switch with a minimal wait.

If you have reservations for any of the hotels within the Resort, your bags can be forwarded to your hotel free of charge from the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center Service Counter.


Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel and Tokyo Disney Resort Partner Hotels
If you are staying at one of these hotels, you can have your bags forwarded to your hotel for a charge from the Home Delivery Service Counter on the first floor of Bon Voyage.
Prices are ¥400 per bag.
