Q01: Are the tickets sold on this website the actual Park Passports or are they vouchers that will need to be exchanged later?
A01:

The Park tickets you will receive do not need to be exchanged, so you can go straight to the Main Entrance and be admitted.

Q02: Can I use the member's benefits of Magic Kingdom Club?
A02:

We are sorry, but those benefits are not available on this site.

Cancellation and changes

Q01: Can I cancel the Park tickets that I purchased?
A01:

We're sorry, but once purchased, a Park ticket cannot be canceled. Please use it when you visit the Parks another time. To use tickets on a date different than the designated date, please go to the ticket booths at Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea and change the date. The change must be made before the tickets' expiration date. You may be charged handling fees or the balance between the price of your tickets and the new tickets.
Please note that on days of high attendance when Park admission is restricted, you will not be able to change your tickets for admission on that day.

Q02: Can I make changes to the Park tickets that I purchased?
A02:

We're sorry, but Park tickets purchased here cannot be changed on this website. To make changes, please visit Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea before their expiration date and change them to the tickets you want. You may be charged handling fees or the balance between the price of your tickets and the new tickets.

Q03: Can I see the details of the Park tickets I purchased?
A03:

Yes. The details of your order can be viewed on this website by going to "My Bookings" and logging in.

Q04: Other than online, where else I can purchase Park tickets in advance?

Payment Methods

Q01: Can I pay by credit card?
A01:

Yes, in the case of ticket delivery, you can pay by credit card. JCB, the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, and other major cards are accepted.

  • -- Other major cards: VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/Orico/Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos (Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos are accepted only if they have JCB/VISA/MasterCard brand marks.)
  • -- Please note that if you pay with MasterCard, only MasterCard issued in Japan is acceptable.

We only accept full payment at one time.

Q02: Can I use a credit card that has a different name from the User ID name?
A02:

We are sorry, but the card must be in the name of the person with the User ID.

Q03: Can I pay by credit card for COD (payment on delivery)?
A03:

We're sorry, but payment can be made only by cash in this case.

Delivery

Q01: How long does it take to receive the Park tickets after ordered?
A01:

Tickets will be delivered in 4 - 5 days from the day of order except for specific areas and unless a later delivery date is specified.

Q02: Can I specify a date/time of delivery other than the dates/times indicated?
A02:

To have your tickets delivered on a date other than those shown, select "Not specified." You will then receive a notice from the shipping company to set the date you want.

Q03: Can I change the specified date of delivery?
A03:

We're sorry, but you cannot do this online.

Q04: Can my tickets be delivered to a different address from the registered address?
A04:

We're sorry, but your tickets can be delivered to the registered address only.
