Reservations

Q01: When does this website start accepting reservations, and until when can I make reservations?
A01:

On this website, you can make reservation 6 months prior to your check-in day, and until 8:59 p.m. (JST) on on the day before your check-in day. With one booking, you can reserve up to 3 rooms for 5 nights. Please note that when there are no vacancies, you will not be able to make a reservation.

Q02: Do I have to register as a user to make a reservation?
A02:

Yes. The Hotels manage their guest rooms based on registered User information. Therefore, on this website, guests who plan to stay at a Hotel are required to complete their User Registration and make a reservation with their User ID.

Q03: Can I make a reservation for another person, using my User ID, even though I will not be staying at the Hotel?
A03:

We're sorry, but that is not possible. The Hotels manage their guest rooms based on registered user information. Therefore, on this website, guests who plan to stay at a Hotel are required to complete their user registration and make a reservation with their user ID. If you want to make a reservation for another person, you can do so by calling the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center.

Q04: Do I have to have a credit card to make a reservation?
A04:

Yes. Guests who have a User ID must register their credit card information before reserving a Hotel room. Acceptable credit cards are JCB card, which is the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, and other major credit cards*. If you don't have a credit card, please call the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center to make a reservation.

  • * Other major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos. (Only the Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos card with the JCB, VISA or MasterCard brand mark will be accepted.)
  • * Please note that if you pay with MasterCard, only MasterCard issued in Japan is acceptable.
Q05: How do I pay my Hotel charges?
A05:

You may pay your Hotel charges at the Hotel with your registered credit card or in cash.

Q06: Can I use the privileges for Magic Kingdom Club members?
A06:

Magic Kingdom Club privileges cannot be used when making reservations through this website. To use your privileges, please reserve through the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservation Center, and be sure to indicate that you are a Magic Kingdom Club member.
Note: Please be aware that when using Magic Kingdom Club member privileges, there are restrictions on the reservation dates, room types and number of rooms available.

Q07: How do I make a reservation when staying with children?
A07:

The bedshare age limit is 11 years old or under (including 12-year old elementary school students). The number of bedshare children is also set for each room style. For room capacity and the number of bedshare children for each room, please check the search results. For the definition of bedshare, please click here.

Q08: Does this website accept a reservation for a group of minors?
A08:

Usually, groups of only minors cannot stay at the Hotels. However, this website will accept reservations for groups of minors only if the following two conditions are met. In the process of making a reservation, a message titled "To Minor Guests" will appear. Please read it and complete the reservation process. A reservation confirmation e-mail containing details of the reservation will be sent to the e-mail address of their parents or other person with parental authority.

  • The minors who will stay at the Hotel are all age 12 or older.
  • They have approval from their parents or persons with parental authorities.
Q09: If I want to reserve 4 or more rooms or stay for 6 nights or longer, what should I do?
A09:

With one transaction, you can reserve up to 3 rooms for 5 nights. For any additional rooms or nights, please make a new reservation with the User IDs of persons who will be staying at the Hotel.

Q10: How can I reserve a room that is not available on this website?
A10:

For some room types, such as a guest room with an extra bed for children age 11 or younger, and wheelchair-accessible rooms, please call Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center to make a reservation. Please note that when there are no vacancies, you will not be able to make a reservation.

Q11: Is there any other way to make a reservation besides the Internet?
A11:

Yes. Other than using this website, you can reserve rooms at the Disney Hotels by calling Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center.

Change or Canceling a Reservation

Q01: How can I confirm my reservation?
A01:

To confirm details of your reservation, please login and go to "My Bookings."

Q02: I have reserved a Hotel room through the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center. Can I confirm or change my reservation on the Internet?
A02:

We're sorry, but that is not possible. Reservations that you have made through the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center cannot be confirmed, changed or canceled on this website. Please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center.

Q03: Can I cancel my Hotel reservation on this website?
A03:

Yes, if you have booked it through this website. After logging in on this website, you can cancel your Hotel reservation on the "My Bookings" page until 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before your check-in day. After that, please contact the Hotel directly. Please note that if you have made reservations for show restaurants or other Online Reservations Privileges, they will be automatically canceled when the Hotel reservation is canceled.

Q04: From when will cancellation fees become applied?
A04:

The following cancellation fees will be applied 14 days before your check-in day.
- Cancellation between 8 – 14 days before check-in day: 20% of the basic room charge
- Cancellation between 2 – 7 days before check-in day: 50% of the basic room charge
- Cancellation on the day before check-in day: 80% of the basic room charge
- Cancellation on the check-in day, or guests did not stay at the Hotel: 100% of the basic room charge

Q05: Can I change the registered name of the person staying in the other room(s) I reserved?
A05:

We're sorry, but you cannot change the registered names. Please make a new reservation with the user ID of the person who plans to stay at the Hotel and cancel the previous reservation. Please understand that you may be unable to reserve rooms, if there are no vacancies or for other reasons.

Q06: Can I cancel a part of my reservation on this website (such as, reduce the number of reserved rooms or nights)?
A06:

Yes, you can reduce the number of rooms you reserved through this website. Login and go to the "My Bookings" page by 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before your check-in day and make the necessary changes. After that time, please contact the Hotel directly.
However, you cannot change the number of reserved nights. Instead you must make a new reservation for the desired number of nights and cancel your previous reservation. If a new reservation cannot be made, because no rooms are available or for other reasons, the person with a User ID who made the original reservation or a person who has a valid User ID should call Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center for assistance.

Q07: Can I change the information on my means of transportation and time of arrival?
A07:

We're sorry, but you cannot change this information on this website. Instead, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center. To change the information after 6:00 p.m. (JST) on the day before your check-in day, please contact the Hotel directly.

Q08: Can I increase the number of rooms?
A08:

Yes, you can increase the number of rooms you reserved by logging in on this website. Go to the "My Bookings" page by 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before your check-in day and make the necessary changes. However, we may not be able to accomodate your request because no rooms are available or for other reasons.

Q09: Can I increase the number of nights for my stay?
A09:

We're sorry, but you cannot increase the number of nights on this website. Please make a new reservation for additional nights. However, you may not be able to increase the number of night, if there are no vacancies or for other reasons.

Q10: I made two reservations by mistake. What should I do?
A10:

You can cancel one of your Hotel reservations by logging in on this website. Go to the "My Bookings" page by 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before your check-in day and make the cancellation. After that time, you cannot cancel your reservation on this website. In that case, please contact the Hotel directly. Note that cancellation fees may be applied, according to the provisions of each Hotel.

Q11: Can I get on a waiting list for Hotel rooms?
A11:

We're sorry, but we do not have a waiting list for Hotel rooms. Please use this website to check the room availability and make a reservation, or call Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request, because no rooms are available or for other reasons.

Guest Rooms

Q01: What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
A01:

The amenities provided in guest rooms include shampoo and rinse, body soap, toothbrushes, razor, shower cap, sewing kit, balls of cotton, cotton swabs, hair dryer, slippers, bath towels, face towels, pajamas, water heater and a set of tea.

  • -- The amenities may vary depending on the room type.
  • -- Pajamas for children are also available. If you need some, please request them directly at the Hotel where you are staying.
Q02: Can I reserve rooms that are near each other for my group?
A02:

We're sorry, but you cannot reserve specific rooms. However, if you have booked more than one room in one transaction, we will assign rooms that are as close to each other as possible. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request, depending on the availability of rooms, the structure of the Hotels and the room types you have requested.

Q03: Can I specify rooms when I make my reservation?

Q01: How do I book my Online Reservations Privileges, such as booking Hotel or Park restaurants or guided tours?
A01:

Log in on this website and book your Online Reservations Privileges before 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before the use date of the privilege. For details, please click here.

Q02: How can I register the names of people who will be staying with me at the Hotel?
A02:

You can register their names on the "Reservation/Purchase" page when you make your reservation. If you have already completed your reservation, please login on this website and register their names on the "My Bookings" page.

Q03: Is there any place that will keep my baggage before I check in at my Hotel?
A03:

Yes. The Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center will accept your baggage and deliver it to your Hotel. The Welcome Center, located to the left when you go out the south exit of JR Maihama Station, is open from 8:00 a,m. to 4:00 p.m. and provides the following services.

  • Complimentary baggage delivery for guests staying at the Hotels
    • -- You can ask your Hotel to hold your baggage after you check out.
  • Sale of Park tickets
  • Handling of Disney Resort Line complimentary tickets
  • Hotel information (such as confirmation of Hotel reservations)
Q04: Can I buy Park tickets at the Hotel?
A04:

Yes. Park tickets can be purchased at the Hotels. At Disney Ambassador Hotel, Guest Service Counter starts selling Park tickets at 7:00 a.m. At Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, the Bell Desk in the lobby starts selling Park tickets at 6:00 a.m. At Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, the Reception Counter starts selling Park tickets at 6:00 a.m.

Q05: I want to know about parking.
A05:

Parking fees vary according to the facilities you use. At Disney Ambassador Hotel, Hotel guests can park for 2,000 yen per car per night between 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day and 2:00 p.m. on the checkout day. If parking spaces are available on your check-in day, you can use the parking area before checking in. Please ask the Hotel for the availability of parking spaces.

At Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Hotel guests can park for 1,500 yen per car per night between midnight before check-in and midnight after checkout.
