The three Zambini brothers were among the first to set up shop in this area, and to this day, the brothers' descendents continue to make fine wines, olive oils, and more. In the early 20th century, the brothers converted an old winery into this Italian restaurant, where they served their own favorite dishes to the local villagers and travelers.
