Experiencing the Attractions

Attraction Boarding Restrictions

  • Guests who do not meet the height, age, or physical requirements may not ride certain attractions.
  • Children under age seven must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all attractions.
  • Guests with visual disabilities must be accompanied by a person without visual disabilities.
  • Guests who require special assistance should first contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Information Center before visiting the Park, or stop by Main Street House after entering the Park.

In the event of an evacuation from an attraction

In case of emergency evacuation, Guests may be required to walk certain distances, negotiate stairs and/or narrow walkways, have a companion assist or carry them, or wait in the vehicle for an extended period of time for assistance.

Note 1: For Western River Railroad and Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, Guests must transfer to a designated wheelchair for the attraction vehicle. Guests may not use their own wheelchair (personal or Tokyo Disney Resort rental).

Note 2: The following places on Tom Sawyer Island are not wheelchair-accessible: Injun Joe's Cave, Tom Sawyer's Treehouse, Huckleberry Pond, Barrel Bridge, Suspension Bridge, Castle Rock Ridge and Harper's Mill.

Viewing Entertainment Programs

Designated viewing areas for Guests using wheelchairs are available for certain entertainment programs. Guests wishing to take advantage of this service should contact a nearby Cast Member or refer to the "Tokyo Disneyland Today" pamphlet for details.
