The Guest Assistance Card is for Guests with special needs due to disability (including temporary disabilities) resulting from injury or other medical conditions. This service is provided to alleviate some of the difficulties that Guests with disabilities may have in the Parks. This card, which will include information about you, will alert our Cast Members to provide the assistance you have requested where applicable. Please present this card to the Cast Member at each attraction you wish to experience.
The Guest Assistance Card may be issued to the holders of physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, or certificate for the mentally-impaired, and to those with other disabilities (including elderly persons and pregnant women) resulting from injury or other medical conditions.
Go to a Cast Member at any attraction, Main Street House, Guest Relations Window, or Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals, and present your Passport ticket together with the Passport tickets of members of your party.
With a Guest Assistance Card, you will be allowed to wait at a separate area for the duration of the attraction wait time if you are unable to stand in line for long periods. Your waiting period will be equivalent to the wait time for that attraction. Because you will be considered as being "in line," you may not use your Guest Assistance Card at another attraction during your wait time.
