A total of about 600 different types of special merchandise will be available at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, starting from April 11. The merchandise will feature designs of the Disney characters and Happiness Balloons, as well as designs of Mickey Mouse wearing costumes from the past 30 years.
One of the special items is the interactive Happiness Sharing Pendant1 (2,500 yen) that can be used to experience the "happiness" at the five Happiness Sharing Spots2 in each of the two Parks. By using the Happiness Sharing Pendant to collect three or more "happiness" lights, Guests will be presented with an original pendant accessory.
Tokyo Disneyland will offer limited-edition3 special merchandise, including a display set of figures from the "Happiness Is Here" parade and diamond necklaces. At Tokyo DisneySea, special merchandise featuring Duffy and ShellieMay4 will be sold.
Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea both will offer a variety of menus that let Guests feel the happiness through dining. The special menus will be available starting from April 11.
Gaily decked out for the 30th Anniversary, the Crystal Palace Restaurant in Tokyo Disneyland will offer a splendid buffet* of popular dishes from the past as well as favorites from both Parks, like heart-shaped meat patties, smoked turkey and miso-clam chowder. Eastside Cafe and Blue Bayou Restaurant at Tokyo Disneyland and Magellan’s at Tokyo DisneySea will serve special full-course* meals featuring colorful Happiness Balloons motifs.
Families and friends will enjoy sharing the 30th Anniversary cakes that will be offered at Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall and Center Street Coffeehouse at Tokyo Disneyland and Horizon Bay Restaurant at Tokyo DisneySea.
In addition, Guests can take home memories of their dining experience through the wide variety of menu items that come with souvenirs. They’ll find popcorn buckets designed like Happiness Balloons and, for the first time, gummi candies that come in a balloon-shaped souvenir case convenient for snacking on the go. Also available will be original drinks with a collectible glass featuring the logos of both the restaurant and 30th Anniversary.
*By ordering the special course meals or the special buffet, Guests will be able to purchase the 30th Anniversary Collectible Spoons (four types, 1,000 yen each). In addition, a different collectible spoon (one type, 1,100 yen) and a special case (3,500 yen) to hold the collectible spoons will be sold at shops in the Parks. The collection will make a treasured memento of the 30th Anniversary.
